Coastal Balloon Company Balloon Rental & Service Agreement

Please read this agreement carefully before submitting your deposit.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all of the terms and conditions outlined in this Balloon Rental & Service Agreement. Payment of the deposit serves as your acceptance of this agreement and creates a binding agreement between the Client and Coastal Balloon Company.

Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date.

The remaining balance is due before setup begins. No setup will take place until payment has been received in full.

Failure to pay the remaining balance before setup may result in cancellation of services, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Balloon Disclaimer

Coastal Balloon Company uses only high-quality balloons and professional installation techniques. However, balloons are delicate by nature and are affected by environmental conditions.

Balloons exposed to direct sunlight or temperatures of approximately 75°F or higher have an increased chance of expanding and popping.

Balloon popping caused by heat, sunlight, wind, weather, humidity, or other environmental conditions is outside of Coastal Balloon Company’s control and is not the responsibility of Coastal Balloon Company.

Once the installation has been completed and Coastal Balloon Company has left the event location, the Client assumes all responsibility for the balloon display. Coastal Balloon Company is not responsible for damage, movement, popping, theft, vandalism, weather-related damage, or any other issues that occur after departure.

Equipment Rental

Any backdrops, stands, frames, bases, props, or other rental equipment provided by Coastal Balloon Company remain the property of Coastal Balloon Company at all times.

The Client is responsible for ensuring all rental equipment is kept in a safe, secure, and dry location until pickup.

If any rental equipment is:

Lost

Stolen

Missing

Broken

Bent

Rusted

Water damaged

Stained

Painted

the Client agrees to pay the full cost of repair or replacement as determined by Coastal Balloon Company.

Balloon Removal

If your installation includes rental equipment such as stands, backdrops, frames, or other reusable items:

All balloons must be popped and removed from the rental equipment before the scheduled pickup.

Coastal Balloon Company is hired to retrieve rental equipment only and is not responsible for popping balloons or cleaning up balloon debris.

If the Client would like Coastal Balloon Company to remove and dispose of the balloons, a $35 takedown and cleanup fee will apply.

Customer-Supplied Balloons

To maintain the quality and reliability of our work, Coastal Balloon Company does not use balloons supplied by customers.

Coastal Balloon Company exclusively uses its own carefully selected inventory of premium-quality balloons rather than balloons from other brands or outside sources. This allows Coastal Balloon Company to maintain consistent quality standards and ensure the best possible results for every event. Our curated selection offers excellent durability, vibrant colors, and reliable performance that we proudly stand behind.

Limitation of Liability

Coastal Balloon Company shall not be liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by weather, venue conditions, acts of third parties, accidents, misuse, or circumstances beyond Coastal Balloon Company’s reasonable control.

Agreement

By paying the required deposit, the Client confirms that they have received this agreement, have had the opportunity to review it, and agree to all terms and conditions contained herein.
